No fuss, great prices, honest and reliable. Best Boilers initially came out to diagnose another problem, they gave us the best advice and solution for our problem then came back within a week to supply and install the boiler, even went out of his way to come out on a Sunday finish the job because one of the parts from the supplier was faulty.

Fantastic Service without a doubt.From the first point of contact- to completion a very professional service from them.I found the company on EBay and did my due diligence and everything was above board.I was given a quote for a specific model an Ideal Independent 24 however when it came to installation day - they arrived with the Ideal 30 model as the Ideal 24 was not in stock ( or no longer being manufactured ) so I had an Ideal 30 ( a newer model) fitted for the same price ;0)The 2 engineers were polite and friendly and left everything neat and tidy.From initial contact my new boiler was fitted within 2 weeks.I highly recommend.Thank you Best Boilers
Had an issue with my boiler where the supplier turned me off and guesstimated a two week visit before they could/would survey, to aid me to get running again. Got in touch with Best Boilers who not only showed more concern, but checked my needs but got me booked for an new unit installation, before my suppliers wanted visit. Installation went very well, they kept me fully informed. Without checking the price was fair, all the required paperwork forwarded and sent on to me. Definitely recommend to all.
